How we seal concrete that lasts.
Sealing is only as good as the prep underneath it. Here's exactly what we do on every driveway, patio and pool deck — no shortcuts.
1. Free on-site or photo quote
Send photos or schedule a quick site visit. We measure, identify the surface type and condition, and send a fixed-price quote — usually the same business day.
2. Surface prep & deep cleaning
We pressure wash the entire surface, remove oil, rust and efflorescence, and let everything dry to the right moisture level. Cracks and small chips are filled before sealing.
3. Sealer selection
We match the sealer to the surface — penetrating siloxane for broom-finish driveways, high-solids acrylic for stamped and aggregate, slip-rated additives for pool decks and walkways.
4. Two-coat application
Most jobs receive two thin, even coats applied with sprayer and roller for a streak-free finish. We work in the right temperature and humidity window and protect adjacent surfaces.
5. Cure & walk-through
Foot traffic in 4–6 hours, vehicle traffic in 24–48 hours. We do a final walk-through with you, share aftercare tips and stand behind the job.
